Butterfly panels installed at Damien Hirsts’ Quay Restaurant overlooking the harbour at Ilfracombe. These panels were technically difficult to make as the glass cutting required extra care using diamond tools and were particularly fragile. The effect of lightness and flight was, in the end, a success.
