Once a quote is agreed, the customer accepts that every effort will be made by Rainbow Glass Studios to follow the customers brief. There are sometimes circumstances which means there may be a variation in the colour of glass sheets supplied by the uk distributors, which is normal. Occasionally, an entire range of glass is unavailable due to a glass factory closure. When this happens will let you know and recommend the next best match of glass available of the market. In the case of painted glass and restoration the customer accepts, even though we take great pride in the quality of production, we are also human, all our work is hand made and variations can thereforeoccur. It is essential that the customer provides us with a clear brief to follow as we cannot be held responsible for not delivering something which hasn’t been specified. Terms of Payment
To start the work based a clear design brief we require 50% deposit to cover glass costs and some of the labour costs, when the work is complete the balance is be to paid within 2 weeks of installation. If the project is large or spans over a period of time it may be necessary to arrange stage payments.
Terms for Booked Courses
Because the classes are always full and booked well in advance all cancellations or re-bookings require 3 weeks notice unless there is someone on the waiting list who is able to take the space at short notice.
