Our exciting one day introductory class in Glass Jewellery is held on a Saturday around four times a year.
All materials are provided including a selection of dichroic glass and jewellery findings for each student to use with their glass such as silver plated bails, brooch fittings, cuff links and ear studs. These can be glued onto the back of the jewellery made.
Areas covered: Design, the types of fusing glass available, how to safely and confidently cut and combine glass, practical ideas on how to hang and wear your jewellery pieces , COE compatibility, kiln-firing cycles, and a wide variety of decorative techniques.
Your finished pieces can be picked up after firing, or if more convenient we will post them to you if postage costs are covered.
